This 1928 propaganda card was produced by Parker Halliday USA and features an illustration by Bill Jones, Be prepared. Plan then do. Putting the cart before the horse. Doesn't get you far. The card approx 6.4cm x 8.5cm. It is in nice condition with minor wear, creasing and marks. These are a fun item from the Art Deco era.
